At thrixxenzlyex, we are committed to providing high-quality portfolio creation and personal branding services in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of our services, and should be read in conjunction with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides certain guarantees and remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Service Nature

Please note that our portfolio creation services are custom digital services that involve significant work and collaboration. Due to the personalized nature of our services, standard return policies may not apply in the same way as physical products.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service order within 24 hours of initial purchase for a full refund, provided that no substantial work has commenced. Once work has begun on your portfolio, cancellation terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Revision Process

We include revision rounds in all our packages to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the initial work, we encourage you to request revisions rather than canceling the service. Our goal is to work collaboratively with you to achieve the desired outcome.

Refund Eligibility Under Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • Our services have a major failure (not fit for purpose, unsafe, or significantly different from what was described)
  • Our services are not of acceptable quality
  • We fail to deliver the service within the specified timeframe (where time was essential)
  • We breach a consumer guarantee in a way that cannot be remedied

In addition to your statutory rights, we may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase before work commences
  • Change of mind (subject to work completed and costs incurred)

Partial refunds may be provided based on the work completed and circumstances of the cancellation, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page or email. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days in accordance with Australian Consumer Law requirements.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will arrange an alternative refund method.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or Consumer Affairs in your state or territory for advice and assistance.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been completed and delivered
  • Services where all included revision rounds have been used
  • Cancellations due to change of mind after work has substantially begun
